Rachel Simpson, outgoing Chair SASC’s SpLD Test Evaluation Committee (STEC)
Rachel gives an overview of the large batteries of intelligence/cognitive processing tests that have been added to the SpLD Test Evaluation Committee Pre-16/Post 16 List of Suitable Tests for the Assessment of Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs) in recent years. This overview will be set within the context of developments in IQ testing. The purpose will be to provide assessors with information which may assist in updating their assessment toolkit.

Issues in defining dyscalculia - Working towards a definition and guidance for dyscalculia and maths difficulties
